Who operates this website

FLHomeX is the real estate marketing website of Payman Zolriasatin, affiliated with United Realty Group, Inc. FLHomeX is not a separate brokerage. Brokerage office: 1200 S. Pine Island Road, Suite 600, Plantation, FL 33324; (954) 450-2000. United Realty Group maintains its own privacy policy, which does not govern independently operated agent websites. This notice applies to FLHomeX.

Information you provide

Forms collect your name, email, optional phone, message, property interests, budget range, timing and selected consent. A property reference and the submitting page may be included. Requests are stored in the site database. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, bank details, identification documents, passwords, medical information or other sensitive records. Document uploads and payments are not enabled.

Accounts and technical information

ChatGPT sign-in supplies a user identifier, email and, when available, display name. We do not receive your ChatGPT password. Purchase favorites can be stored against your signed-in account; daily AI usage counts support limits when AI is activated. Hosting and security providers may process IP address, browser information and operational logs to serve and protect the website.

How information is used and shared

We use your information to respond to your request, support saved favorites, coordinate requested real estate services, maintain security and meet applicable recordkeeping duties. Relevant information may be shared with the brokerage or service providers supporting those purposes. Introducing you to another professional is discussed as part of your request. We do not sell inquiry information or use this website for targeted advertising. Information may be disclosed when legally required or necessary to protect rights and prevent fraud.

The website runs through Sites on Cloudflare infrastructure with database storage. Email notifications, when configured, are submitted through Resend to [email protected] with your address as Reply-To. Email routing is not currently activated. Until delivery is verified, use the direct email, phone or WhatsApp links for timely contact. WhatsApp opens an external service governed by its own terms and privacy practices.

Cookies and your choices

Essential storage supports security, authentication and your cookie choice. Optional preference storage remembers favorites on your device; without it, anonymous favorites last only while the current search page remains open. External maps contact OpenStreetMap only after you enable maps. No analytics or advertising pixels are installed. Media is hosted with this site, and typography uses locally available fonts. Your choice is remembered on this browser for up to 180 days; clearing browser storage resets it.

lets you reject optional features, customize preferences, or change your mind. Revoking preference storage deletes this site’s locally saved favorites. It does not delete account favorites or previously submitted inquiries. Hosting or identity-provider cookies necessary for requested services are managed by those providers. Browser controls can also delete or restrict cookies.

AI and property information

The chat currently uses a clearly labeled demonstration parser. When OpenAI is connected, messages are sent to OpenAI to interpret your criteria. FLHomeX does not store chat transcripts in its application database; provider processing is governed by its applicable terms. AI can make mistakes, cannot confirm availability and is not a substitute for professional verification. Do not include sensitive information in chat.

Live MLS search is now available on the Search page. All property and rental examples, prices and facts shown elsewhere are demonstrations, not available offers. Destination images are not listing photos. Live listings are courtesy of BeachesMLS; information deemed reliable but not guaranteed; listing data © BeachesMLS. Verify price, availability, dimensions, condition, taxes, insurance, association rules, flood risk and any material facts before making decisions.

Communications and marketing

Submitting an inquiry asks us to respond using the contact details you provide; it does not enroll you in automated marketing calls or texts. Optional property-update consent is separate and is not a condition of receiving assistance. You may withdraw marketing consent by emailing [email protected] or using the unsubscribe method in a message. Requested showing times are requests, not confirmed appointments.

Retention, security and privacy requests

We retain inquiry and account records as needed for the requested service, security, dispute resolution and applicable brokerage recordkeeping. Different records may have different retention requirements; this site does not currently apply automatic deletion. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion, to withdraw consent, or to raise a privacy concern. We may verify your identity and retain information where legally required. Rights and exceptions depend on applicable law. If a request cannot be fulfilled, you may ask for a further review through the same contact.

Access controls, server-side validation and encrypted transport help protect information, but no system guarantees absolute security. Applicable security and breach-notification obligations, including Florida Statutes §501.171 where applicable, are separate operational duties. The website is intended for adults seeking real estate services; we do not knowingly solicit information from children under 13.

Brokerage relationships and compensation

Browsing, messaging or requesting a tour does not establish an exclusive representation agreement. The “buyer’s agent” contact label describes the service offered, not an existing single-agent relationship with you. Under Florida Statutes §475.278, transaction brokerage is presumed unless single agency or no brokerage relationship is established in writing. Required relationship disclosures and agreements are addressed separately before the applicable activity. Brokerage compensation is negotiable and is not set by law.

Equal housing and accessibility

We support equal housing opportunity and do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, disability, familial status or other characteristics protected by applicable law. Search assistance is based on property characteristics and your stated preferences. For an accessibility problem, tell us the page and the assistance needed by email or phone; we can provide information through an alternative channel.

Calculators, third-party links and website use

Mortgage and investment calculators use editable assumptions and provide estimates only. FLHomeX does not issue loans or credit decisions. Estimates are not tax, legal, lending or investment advice. Consult appropriate professionals. External links do not imply endorsement or control of their services. Do not misuse the site, submit unlawful content, or attempt unauthorized access.

FLHomeX branding and agent portrait were provided by the owner. Lifestyle videos are licensed Pexels footage (Doug G. Innocent, paashuu and marianne sucre).
